Who Can Purchase MAI?
 Enrolment is currently available to age 74, with coverage of a lifetime maximum of $1,000,000 per individual to age 75. MAI is also available as a group benefit for businesses with 2 or more employees. This includes sole proprietors, partnerships, unions, corporations or professional corporations. Additionally, groups with 20 or more participants may apply to cover retired employees.

No Medical Exam
In order to purchase MAI simply complete the application form. No medical exam is required.

No Co - Payments or Deductibles
 Payment of your monthly premium is all that is required. We settle all claims on your behalf directly with the service provider.

Pre-Existing Conditions Covered
 Pre-existing conditions that you have suffered within the 2-year period prior to taking out the policy will automatically be waived after your policy has been in effect for 24 consecutive months.
